Items are covered by manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired/replaced either by ChargingChargers.com or the manufacturer, depending on age or circumstance.
Any shipping errors caused by ChargingChargers.com, such as incorrect items shipped or incorrect address used by us, will be corrected by ChargingChargers.com. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This may be obtained by phone, fax, email, or in writing. Returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee upon arrival and inspection at our facility, unless the item was an error in shipment from ChargingChargers.com. Units must be in new and in re-saleable condition with original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Customer information is only used for shipping or contacting customers about credit card verification, shipping questions, product issues etc. All information collected from customers is confidential. Names, addresses, email, phone numbers, and credit information are not sold, traded, or shared. Information will not be used for future solicitation.
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, Money Order and Cashier's Check forms of payment. If paying by personal check, funds must clear the bank before order is shipped. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $35.00. Shipping rates will also include handling and packaging cost. Faxed orders must pay by credit card only, unless credit has been approved for a Net 30 status. Credit orders subject to credit approval, usually from a standard trade reference letter with at least three references. We accept Purchase Orders from incorporated governmental departments and agencies and medical (hospital) departments.
Orders are shipped the same day or the next UPS business day, and Ground delivery is within 6 UPS business days, excepting weather induced delays.
Always open and inspect your packages immediately upon receipt. Damaged packages or merchandise should NOT be returned to us. Keep all packing material with the package, and contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. They may want to inspect the box, packing material, and the contents.
