IOTA DLS-45-X 12 Volt 45 Amp DC Converter/Battery Charger

The DLS-45-X Power Converter/Battery Charger from IOTA Engineering converts nominal 108-132 AC voltage to 13.4 VDC voltage for both DC load operation and 12 Volt battery charging.

As a power supply, the unit's tightly controlled regulation allows the user to operate a nominal 12VDC load up to 45 amps, with or without a battery, and will charge batteries, though not as fast as a 3 stage charger, and maintain them indefinitely.

The IOTA Engineering DLS-X converters are available with a plug-in microprocessor controller (the IQ4-X), which turns them into a 4 stage battery charger, with an appropriate bulk voltage (higher than the regular converter voltage), absorption voltage, and float voltage. These units are a little different than the traditional DLS models, with lower profile, designed for more harsh environments, and have a 3 year warranty.
