SS-6 Morningstar SunSaver 6 Solar Controller

The Sunsaver 6 is the 6 amp solar controller in the Morningstar Sunsaver series. These units are pulse wave models, well built, and designed for long term performance. They feature coated aluminum housings (no plastic), the circuit board is flooded in epoxy to make the unit waterproof. The 6 amp capacity of the SunSaver 6 is suitable up to 80 to 90 watt single panels, or multiple smaller panels in parallel, such as three 30 watt panels (1.6 amps output each). The SS-6 has an LED that indicates solar power is available for battery charging, and has an operating temperature range of -40 C to +85 C. The Morningstar SunSaver controller series is a well engineered and reliable, reasonably priced solar controller solution. We have other voltages and amperages available.
