The NOCO iMOB ISC400 5.5 watt solar charger and maintainer is designed to maintain a larger 12 volt starting battery or two starting batteries in parallel in automotive, truck, RV, marine, industrial/farm applications with 400ma of current in peak sun. This unit comes with a lighter plug adapter and alligator clips. The lighter port must work with the ignition off to use this easy method of battery maintenance. If you have significant onboard electronics that drain the battery, you may need this panel. We recommend the charge controller ISCC1 be used with this panel.

The thin film amorphous solar cells of the iMob panel allows for absorption of a wider spectrum of natural light, therefore working in cloudy weather conditions. This also allows the solar panel to handle the intense heat of summer and power loss due to rising temperature.
